Maryland CNA Match Services LLC is a referral registry facilitating connections between DMV families, licensed healthcare organizations, and independent care professionals. We are not a staffing agency, not a home health agency, not a healthcare provider, and not a healthcare marketplace.
We do not employ, manage, or supervise providers. Maryland CNA Match Services LLC is a referral service that facilitates introductions, allowing parties to connect directly.
All hiring decisions, supervision, and service arrangements are made solely between the client, organization, and/or provider.

PRICING
Referral Fee & Introduction Policy
We are a referral and introduction registry that connects clients with independent, verified providers based on your needs.
To receive a provider's contact information, a one-time referral fee is required. This fee covers reviewing your request, verifying credentials, and facilitating a personalized introduction.
Introduction Assurance (+$99)
For added peace of mind, you may choose to include Introduction Assurance.
With Introduction Assurance:
If your initial introduction does not work out or the provider becomes unavailable within 30 days, we will facilitate another introduction at no additional referral fee.
Without Introduction Assurance:
You may still request another provider at any time. If you would like us to assist in identifying another provider, a new referral fee and matching process will apply.
When can I add this?
You will have the option to include Introduction Assurance when you receive your invoice, before completing your payment.
Key Reminder: Each referral fee covers one introduction. Any additional introductions require a new referral fee unless Introduction Assurance is selected.
Important: We only facilitate introductions between clients and independent providers. We do not employ, assign, or supervise providers. All hiring decisions, scheduling, and care arrangements are made directly between you and the provider.
