By accessing or using the services provided by Maryland CNA Match Services LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Nature of Services
Maryland CNA Match Services LLC operates as a referral registry. We facilitate introductions between clients and independent care professionals — Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Registered Nurses (RNs) — across Maryland, Washington DC, and Virginia. We do NOT employ, supervise, manage, or control any provider.
No Employment Relationship
By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that no employment, agency, or partnership relationship exists between Maryland CNA Match Services LLC and any provider referred through our registry. Providers are solely responsible for their own licensing, insurance, conduct, and the quality of services they provide.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for conducting their own due diligence when engaging a provider. This includes verifying credentials, negotiating terms, establishing compensation agreements, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws. All care arrangements and payments are made directly between the client and the provider.
Referral Fees
Referral introduction fees are determined based on provider category, urgency level, optional service selections, provider availability, geographic service requirements, and current operational demand. Final pricing is presented for review before payment authorization. Maryland CNA Match Services LLC charges referral fees for our introduction services. These fees are separate from any payments made to the provider for care services. Referral fees are due upon completion of a successful introduction.
No Guarantees
While we strive to facilitate quality introductions, we make no guarantees regarding the availability, quality, reliability, or suitability of any provider. We do not guarantee specific timelines for introductions. Timelines vary based on availability, location, and specific requirements.
Limitation of Liability
Maryland CNA Match Services LLC shall not be liable for any damages, injuries, losses, or claims arising from the services provided by any provider referred through our registry. Our liability is limited to the referral fee paid for the specific introduction in question.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maryland CNA Match Services LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or your engagement with any provider referred through our registry.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on this website are the property of Maryland CNA Match Services LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maryland.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
