Register Your Healthcare Organization

Healthcare organizations may include home health agencies, PT organizations, nursing organizations, therapy organizations, rehabilitation organizations, home care organizations, and other approved organization types.

  1. 1.Create Your Organization Account. Register the organization and select its organization type. When the type is not listed, select Other and enter the organization type.
  2. 2.Complete the Organization Profile. Provide required organization information, service coverage, contact information, services or provider categories, and other applicable details.
  3. 3.Submit Required Documents. Upload the documents applicable to the organization category. Not every organization has the same document requirements.
  4. 4.Complete Applicable Agreements. Review and complete the agreements required for the organization's participation in MCMS.
  5. 5.MCMS Reviews the Organization. MCMS reviews the organization information and documents before approval or activation where required.
  6. 6.Choose the Applicable MCMS Billing Option. Available membership, subscription, Pay As You Go, or other organization-specific options are determined from MCMS's current billing configuration; this educational page does not set or quote prices.
  7. 7.Organization Becomes Active. Once required verification, agreements, and billing requirements are satisfied, the organization can use the applicable MCMS services.

Receive B2B Referral Opportunities

Eligible healthcare organizations may participate in the MCMS B2B referral program and receive client-acquisition opportunities relevant to the services and professional categories they provide.

  1. 1.Join the B2B Program. The organization opts into the B2B referral and client-acquisition program.
  2. 2.Select Applicable Categories. The organization identifies the professional or service categories it supports. Matching uses the organization's actual approved categories.
  3. 3.Complete the Required B2B Agreement. The organization completes the applicable MCMS B2B agreement.
  4. 4.Receive Eligible Opportunities. MCMS may make qualifying opportunities available based on category, geography, coverage, and other matching requirements. Opportunities are not guaranteed.
  5. 5.Review & Claim or Accept. The organization reviews the available information and decides whether to proceed.
  6. 6.Complete Applicable Referral Payment. The organization's correct subscription, Pay As You Go, or referral-credit rules are applied.
  7. 7.Introduction Released. Once all required steps are satisfied, MCMS facilitates or releases the introduction.
  8. 8.Organization Connects Directly With the Client. After an introduction, the client and provider or organization communicate directly about availability, services, scheduling, rates, terms, and whether they wish to work together.

Need a Healthcare Professional for Your Organization?

Organizations can also submit a referral request for an appropriate provider category. This is different from receiving B2B client-acquisition opportunities.

  1. 1.Submit an Organization Referral Request. Start a request for the independent professional your organization needs.
  2. 2.Select a Provider Category. Choose the required provider category for the request.
  3. 3.Describe the Requirements. Enter service, location, scheduling, and other relevant requirements.
  4. 4.MCMS Reviews the Request. MCMS reviews the submitted request and determines the appropriate referral path.
  5. 5.Potential Providers Are Identified. MCMS may identify eligible providers whose profiles appear to align with the request.
  6. 6.Complete Applicable Referral & Payment Requirements. Required referral steps are completed before an introduction is facilitated or released.
  7. 7.Introduction Is Facilitated. MCMS facilitates the introduction when the applicable requirements have been met.
  8. 8.Connect Directly. The organization and professional communicate directly about services, availability, pricing, terms, and whether they want to proceed.
