We only make the introduction. All hiring decisions, scheduling, and service arrangements are made directly between you and the independent provider.
No. All providers in our registry are independent professionals. They are not employees of Maryland CNA Match Services LLC. They maintain full control over their schedules, methods, rates, and client relationships.

No. The referral fee is non-refundable once the introduction has been made, as the service has been fulfilled at that point.
Maryland CNA Match Services LLC operates solely as a referral and introduction service. The fee covers the time and resources required to review your request, verify credentials, and make the introduction.
Introduction Assurance allows us to facilitate another introduction at no additional referral fee if your initial introduction does not work out within 30 days.
It is available as an optional add-on (+$99) when you receive your invoice, before completing your payment.
You may still request another provider at any time. If you would like us to assist in identifying another provider, a new referral fee will apply.

To receive a provider's contact information, a one-time referral fee is required. Provider contact details are released after payment is confirmed. No contact information is shared before payment is complete.
All payments for care services are made directly between the client and the independent provider. Maryland CNA Match Services LLC does not set rates, process payroll, or bill insurance.
No. We do not bill insurance, accept Medicare, or accept Medicaid. Our referral fee is a one-time payment for the introduction service only.
We serve the entire DMV region — Maryland (statewide), Washington DC, and Virginia.
Yes. All providers are responsible for maintaining active licensure and certifications in the jurisdiction where they provide services — whether Maryland, Washington DC, or Virginia.
No. We do not create care plans, schedule shifts, or coordinate ongoing care. All arrangements are made directly between the client and the provider.
