Maryland CNA Match Services LLC operates solely as a referral registry facilitating introductions between clients and independent care professionals, including Home Health Aides (HHAs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Registered Nurses (RNs), Physical Therapists (PTs), and Respiratory Therapists (RTs), across Maryland, Washington DC, and Virginia. We do not employ, supervise, direct, or manage any care professional. All providers operate as independent contractors.

What We Do Not Do

✕Employ caregivers or nurses

✕Supervise or direct care

✕Create care plans

✕Assign shifts or schedules

✕Set provider rates

✕Process payroll

✕Bill insurance

✕Accept Medicare or Medicaid

✕Provide medical services

✕Direct clinical treatment

✕Act as an employment or placement agency

✕Coordinate ongoing care

Limitation of Liability

Maryland CNA Match Services LLC is not liable for the actions, conduct, quality of services, or any damages arising from the relationship between the client and the independent provider in Maryland, Washington DC, or Virginia. The company's role is limited to facilitating introductions through its referral registry. Clients and providers contract directly with each other for all services, scheduling, and payment. Providers are responsible for maintaining active licensure in the jurisdiction where they provide services.

Governing Law

This disclaimer and all agreements related to our referral registry are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, regardless of the jurisdiction in which services are rendered.
