Companion and respite care
Families and organizations may seek companionship, errands, transportation support, or short-term relief for a family caregiver.
Post-hospital support
Some requests involve transitional support after surgery or hospitalization. The request details and your approved credentials determine whether an opportunity is appropriate.
Ongoing or scheduled care
You may review opportunities for recurring support, day or evening availability, weekends, or as-needed arrangements that fit your service area and schedule.
The client or organization and the CNA determine the final services, schedule, rates, and terms directly. CNAs remain responsible for practicing within their certification, training, and applicable rules.

Depending on your selected plan and the opportunity, participate through Registry Membership or an eligible Pay-As-You-Go option. Requirements are shown before you continue.

After the required referral steps are complete, contact information may be released so you and the client or organization can discuss the arrangement directly.
